2005 Modular home 64 X 28 1605 sq feet. This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath that sits on 5 acres. All the bedrooms have large walk in closets. The master bath has his & hers sinks & a large garden tub. The living room has a large fire place with decretive stone up to the ceiling. Large eat in kitchen & laundry room. I am the original owner. I purchased the land had it cleared & excavated , had the drive way put in. Had the well dug & the mound/sepectic system installed ran the gas & the electric, poured the slab & had the skirting around the home installed. The home has had major water damage. The rooms that were damaged were the bedrooms, the living room & the bathrooms. The kitchen, entry way & laundry room were not effected. I also replaced all the dry wall. It was my intention to put the place back together with knotty pine tongue & grove to give the north-woods look. The property is VERY secluded & is adjacent to the tri-county corridor which is the main trail for snowmobiles & atvs. The property is located just a few miles from the Chequamegon National Forest which has thousands of miles of snowmobile/ATV trails along with thousands of acres of public hunting land. I paid $125,000 in 2005 when I had the place built. I am truly just looking to get back what I have into the improvements (i.e. the land the well, septic etc) I am asking $55,000.
