The town of Cocentaina is 20 mins away and the great city of Alcoijust 25 mins where you can get anything that is available in any UK cities across the country. Alicante airport is just an hours drive away on the coast.
Being Swiss designed and built, there is no dodgy wiring, questionable build quality or leaky plumbing to worry about. The distribution boards, boilers, heating systems, pool systems, sewage systems etc are all imported from Germany, Austria or Switzerland and are all way more powerful than necessary, so nothing is ever working at max capacity. All the boilers have full back up systems, even the pool has a brand new pump in storage just in case. The whole pool filtration system is designed for a far bigger pool so once again it is never under stress and functions perfectly.
